§ 2. Teilnahmevoraussetzungen

  1. Am Programm teilnehmen können:
    • natürliche Personen, die das 18. Lebensjahr vollendet haben;
    • Gewerbetreibende;
    • Unternehmen und sonstige Rechtsträger, die zum Abschluss von Verträgen berechtigt sind.

    • einen persönlichen Rabattcode für seine Community, sofern dies vereinbart wird;

    • Zugang zu Marketingmaterialien sowie zu Informationen über Kampagnen und aktuelle Aktionen.

    • Gewinnspiele und Sonderaktionen;
    • Umsatzboni;
    • die Möglichkeit, gemeinsame Giveaways zu veranstalten;
    • individuelle Konditionen der Zusammenarbeit.

    • erfassten Klicks;
    • zugeordneten Bestellungen;
    • berechneten, ausstehenden und freigegebenen Provisionen;
    • der Abrechnungshistorie;
    • aktuellen Kampagnen und Marketingmaterialien, sofern diese bereitgestellt wurden.

  4. Eine Bestellung wird dem Creator zugeordnet, wenn:
    • der Kunde innerhalb von 60 Tagen nach einem Klick auf den persönlichen Affiliate-Link bestellt und in diesem Zeitraum kein späterer Klick auf den Link eines anderen Creators erfasst wird;
    • oder der Kunde bei der Bestellung einen aktiven persönlichen Rabattcode des Creators verwendet.
  8. Kein Provisionsanspruch besteht für Bestellungen, die:
    • nicht bezahlt wurden;
    • storniert wurden;
    • vollständig zurückgesendet wurden;
    • vollständig wirksam widerrufen wurden;
    • künstlich oder unter Verstoß gegen diese Teilnahmebedingungen herbeigeführt wurden;
    • vom Creator selbst oder von Mitgliedern seines Haushalts über den eigenen Link oder Code aufgegeben wurden.

  4. Auszahlungen erfolgen per:
    • SEPA-Banküberweisung;
    • PayPal.

  6. Untersagt ist die Veröffentlichung von:
    • unwahren oder irreführenden Informationen;
    • unbegründeten gesundheitsbezogenen Aussagen;
    • Inhalten, die Urheberrechte, Bildrechte oder sonstige Rechte Dritter verletzen;
    • rechtswidrigen, diskriminierenden oder zu Gewalt aufrufenden Inhalten;
    • unwahren Angaben zu Preisen, Rabatten und zur Verfügbarkeit der Produkte.

  2. Unzulässig sind insbesondere:
    • die Veröffentlichung persönlicher Rabattcodes auf unabhängigen Gutschein-, Cashback- oder Deal-Portalen ohne Zustimmung von BlendyGo;
    • die Verwendung des Namens „BlendyGo“, seiner Varianten oder der Markenkennzeichen in bezahlten Suchmaschinenanzeigen ohne vorherige Zustimmung des Veranstalters;
    • das Schalten bezahlter Werbekampagnen für den Affiliate-Link oder den Code ohne Zustimmung des Veranstalters;
    • Spam über private Nachrichten, Kommentare, E-Mails oder andere Kanäle;
    • der Kauf von künstlichem Traffic, Klicks oder Followern;
    • die Manipulation der Affiliate-Tracking-Mechanismen;
    • Cookie-Stuffing;
    • das Auftreten als offizielles Konto, Mitarbeiter oder Vertreter von BlendyGo;
    • die Angabe falscher Daten, um eine Vergütung zu erhalten.

    • den Creator auffordern, den Verstoß zu beseitigen;
    • die Teilnahme am Programm vorübergehend aussetzen;
    • den Zugang zu Affiliate-Links oder -Codes einschränken;
    • Provisionen stornieren, die unmittelbar mit dem Verstoß zusammenhängen;
    • die Zusammenarbeit bei einem wesentlichen Verstoß mit sofortiger Wirkung beenden.

  2. Die Vertraulichkeitspflicht umfasst insbesondere:
    • unveröffentlichte Informationen über Produkteinführungen;
    • interne Marketingpläne;
    • Geschäfts- und Finanzinformationen, die als vertraulich gekennzeichnet sind oder deren vertraulicher Charakter sich aus den Umständen ergibt;
    • individuelle Konditionen anderer Creator, sofern sie dem Creator rechtmäßig als vertrauliche Informationen zugänglich gemacht wurden;
    • sonstige Informationen, die Geschäftsgeheimnisse darstellen.

Terms and Conditions of the BlendyGo Affiliate Program

BlendyGo Creator Program. English translation for convenience – in case of discrepancies the German version prevails (§ 18(6)).
Version: 19 October 2026

§ 1. General provisions

  1. The organiser of the BlendyGo Affiliate Program (the “Program”) is BlendyGo / BZ Commerce Group, represented by Dawid Zak, Waldsiedlung Fichtendamm 4, 15306 Vierlinden, Germany (“BlendyGo” or the “Organiser”).
  2. The Organiser can be contacted by email at kontakt@blendygo.de and via the dedicated WhatsApp groups set up by BlendyGo for communication with the Creators taking part in the Program.
  3. The WhatsApp groups are used for day-to-day communication with Creators and for sharing information about new products, campaigns, promotions and other activities related to the Program. Official notices about changes to these Terms, settlements and the end of the cooperation are sent by email.
  4. The Program aims to establish cooperation with content creators, influencers and other persons and entities interested in promoting BlendyGo products in return for sales-based commission.
  5. These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) set out the conditions for taking part in the Program, the rules for promoting products, calculating commission, awarding bonuses and making payouts, and the rights and obligations of participants.
  6. Participation in the Program is voluntary and free of charge.
  7. By joining the Program, the Creator accepts these Terms.
  8. Participation in the Program does not create an employment relationship, a partnership or an agency relationship between the Creator and the Organiser. The Creator acts independently and is not authorised to enter into obligations on behalf of BlendyGo.

§ 2. Conditions of participation

  1. The following may take part in the Program:
    • natural persons aged 18 or over;
    • persons running a business;
    • companies and other entities authorised to enter into contracts.
  2. Participation requires a publicly accessible social media profile, blog, website or other communication channel that allows BlendyGo products to be promoted.
  3. A Creator interested in the Program submits an application or accepts an individual invitation to cooperate from BlendyGo.
  4. Each application is reviewed individually. The Organiser reserves the right to reject an application without giving reasons.
  5. Participation begins once the Organiser has accepted the application and the Creator has confirmed the terms of cooperation.
  6. The Organiser may make the start of the cooperation conditional on concluding a separate agreement if this is justified by the nature of the planned activities.
  7. The Creator undertakes to provide true and up-to-date information, in particular contact details, billing details and the details needed to pay out commission.
  8. The Creator may not transfer their affiliate account or any rights arising from participation in the Program to another person without the Organiser’s prior consent.

§ 3. Benefits and support for Creators

  1. After being accepted into the Program, the Creator may receive:
    • a personal affiliate link used to attribute sales;
    • a personal discount code for their community, if agreed;
    • access to the affiliate panel;
    • access to marketing materials and information about campaigns and current promotions.
  2. After the application has been accepted, the Creator may receive one free BlendyGo product, chosen or approved by the Organiser. The product is granted on the basis of BlendyGo’s individual decision and is not automatically guaranteed by participation in the Program alone.
  3. Receiving a free product does not create an obligation to publish content, unless the parties individually agree otherwise.
  4. If the parties agree on mandatory publications, their number, format, timing or additional remuneration, these terms should be agreed separately, e.g. by email or in an individual agreement.
  5. The Organiser may offer active Creators additional benefits, in particular:
    • early access to product launches;
    • participation in dedicated marketing campaigns;
    • additional products for testing;
    • competitions and special promotions;
    • sales bonuses;
    • the opportunity to run joint giveaways;
    • individual terms of cooperation.
  6. Additional benefits are granted at the Organiser’s discretion, unless the Organiser has expressly specified the conditions for receiving them.
  7. The cost of standard shipping of products provided to the Creator as part of an accepted cooperation is borne by the Organiser, unless the parties agree otherwise.
  8. When BlendyGo adds new products, collections or accessories to its range, the Organiser may invite the Creator to take part in additional promotional activities related to their launch or sale.
  9. The Creator’s participation in promoting new products is voluntary. Adding a new product to the BlendyGo range does not oblige the Creator to promote it, publish additional materials or take any other marketing action, unless the parties individually agree otherwise.
  10. Adding new products to the BlendyGo range does not oblige the Organiser to provide them to the Creator free of charge. Any shipment of new products, provision of products for testing or granting of additional benefits is based solely on the Organiser’s individual decision or on separate arrangements between the parties.

§ 4. How the Program works

  1. Affiliate sales are made through personal affiliate links or discount codes assigned to the Creator.
  2. The Creator may share their link or code on social media, blogs, websites and other approved communication channels.
  3. A personal discount code may have a specific validity period, discount amount and restrictions regarding products or campaigns.
  4. The Organiser informs the Creator about the terms and validity period of each discount code.
  5. During selected promotional periods, in particular during major sales events, the Organiser may temporarily restrict the use of discount codes, use affiliate links only or set special terms for the campaign concerned.
  6. The Creator will be informed of the rules applying during such campaigns before the promotion starts.
  7. The Post Affiliate Pro system is used to monitor the results of the Program.
  8. In the affiliate panel, the Creator can access the information available in the system on:
    • recorded clicks;
    • attributed orders;
    • calculated, pending and approved commissions;
    • settlement history;
    • current campaigns and marketing materials, if provided.
  9. The affiliate panel is used to monitor results. The final settlement is based on verified system data, taking returns, cancellations and other adjustments into account.

§ 5. Commission and attribution of sales

  1. The Creator’s commission rate is agreed individually with the Affiliate Program Administrator and may be up to 30% of the net value of a qualifying order. The agreed commission rate is confirmed to the Creator before the cooperation begins.
  2. Commission is calculated on the value of the products purchased after discounts, excluding VAT, shipping costs and other charges not directly related to the value of the products.
  3. Commission is payable for qualifying, paid orders placed on blendygo.de that are correctly attributed to the Creator.
  4. An order is attributed to the Creator if:
    • the customer makes a purchase within 60 days of clicking the personal affiliate link and no later click on another Creator’s link is recorded in that period;
    • or the customer applies the Creator’s active personal discount code when placing the order.
  5. Sales attributed via links are subject to the last-click rule.
  6. If the customer uses a Creator’s personal discount code, attribution based on that code takes precedence over the last-click rule.
  7. As a rule, one affiliate commission is calculated per qualifying order and attributed to one Creator.
  8. No commission is payable for orders that are:
    • unpaid;
    • cancelled;
    • returned in full;
    • subject to an effective withdrawal from the contract in full;
    • generated artificially or in breach of these Terms;
    • placed by the Creator or members of their household using the Creator’s own link or code.
  9. If an order is partially returned, the commission is reduced accordingly.
  10. Commissions remain pending until the order has been verified, and at least until the standard 30-day return period, counted from delivery of the order, has expired.
  11. After successful verification, the commission is approved and can be included in the settlement.
  12. If the Creator notices any irregularities, they may file a complaint about the commission calculation by email. The Organiser will re-verify the calculation on the basis of the available data.
  13. The Organiser may change the standard commission rate for the future, giving the Creator at least 14 days’ notice.
  14. Such a change does not affect commissions due for orders attributed before the change takes effect.

§ 6. Bonuses and additional remuneration

  1. In addition to standard commissions, the Creator may receive sales bonuses, rewards and additional remuneration as part of special campaigns.
  2. The standard Program provides for a sales bonus of EUR 50 once the qualifying net sales attributed to the Creator reach EUR 1,000 in a calendar month.
  3. Only correctly attributed and paid orders are counted towards qualifying sales, after deducting cancellations, returns and discounts, and excluding VAT and shipping costs.
  4. The standard bonus of EUR 50 may be awarded once per settlement month, after the threshold has been reached.
  5. The bonus is approved after the orders counted towards the threshold have been verified.
  6. The Organiser may run additional promotions rewarding Creators, offering among other things increased commissions, additional bonuses, prizes in kind or special sales conditions.
  7. The conditions of participation, duration and method of calculating bonuses in special campaigns will be communicated to Creators before the campaign starts.
  8. Individual bonuses and commission rates may be agreed separately in text form, in particular by email.

§ 7. Settlements and payouts

  1. Approved commissions are settled monthly.
  2. The minimum threshold for a standard payout is EUR 50.
  3. If the balance of approved commissions does not reach the minimum threshold, the funds remain in the Creator’s account and are carried over to the next settlement period.
  4. Payouts are made via:
    • SEPA bank transfer;
    • PayPal.
  5. A payout requires correct and complete billing details and compliance with the applicable tax requirements.
  6. Settlement is made under the self-billing procedure agreed by the parties (German: Gutschrift), where this procedure is permissible and appropriate for the Creator’s tax status.
  7. The Creator agrees that the Organiser issues settlement documents under the agreed self-billing procedure. The Creator has the right to raise objections to a document received.
  8. If the self-billing procedure is not appropriate, the parties agree on another lawful way of documenting the remuneration, in particular on the basis of an invoice issued by the Creator.
  9. The Creator must provide the tax information required by law, as appropriate to their legal and tax situation.
  10. The Creator is solely responsible for correctly paying taxes and other public charges related to the remuneration received, in accordance with the regulations applicable to them.
  11. The Organiser may withhold payment of amounts subject to justified verification if a breach of these Terms or a settlement error is suspected. Payment should be withheld only for as long as is necessary to clarify the matter.
  12. After the Creator’s participation in the Program ends, approved commissions are paid out regardless of the standard EUR 50 threshold, once the necessary verification of orders has been completed.

§ 8. Creator obligations and rules for publishing content

  1. The Creator undertakes to promote BlendyGo products honestly and in accordance with applicable law, the principles of fair competition and the terms of the social media platforms.
  2. The Creator retains creative freedom as to the format, style and way of presenting the products, provided this does not breach these Terms or individual campaign arrangements.
  3. Advertising content must be clearly and unambiguously labelled as advertising. In communication aimed at German-speaking audiences, labels such as “Werbung” or “Anzeige” and the corresponding features of social media platforms may be used, provided they ensure proper labelling.
  4. The labelling obligation also applies to content promoting products received free of charge and to content containing affiliate links or codes, where such content constitutes commercial communication.
  5. The Creator undertakes to present the products in line with their actual properties and intended use.
  6. It is prohibited to publish:
    • false or misleading information;
    • unsubstantiated health claims;
    • content infringing copyright, image rights or other rights of third parties;
    • unlawful or discriminatory material or material inciting violence;
    • false information about prices, discounts or product availability.
  7. The Creator may not modify official BlendyGo marketing materials in a way that distorts information about the product or offer.
  8. The Organiser has the right to ask for content that breaches these Terms, the law or the rights of third parties to be corrected or removed, stating the reason for the request.
  9. The Creator is responsible for the content published on their channels to the extent provided by applicable law.

§ 9. Prohibited affiliate activities

  1. Any activity aimed at artificially increasing the number of clicks, orders or commissions is prohibited within the Program.
  2. In particular, the following are not permitted:
    • publishing personal discount codes on independent coupon, cashback or deal websites without BlendyGo’s consent;
    • using the name “BlendyGo”, its variants or brand identifiers in paid search engine ads without the Organiser’s prior consent;
    • running paid advertising campaigns promoting the affiliate link or code without the Organiser’s consent;
    • spamming via private messages, comments, email or other channels;
    • buying artificial traffic, clicks or followers;
    • manipulating affiliate tracking mechanisms;
    • using cookie stuffing techniques;
    • impersonating official accounts, employees or representatives of BlendyGo;
    • providing false information in order to receive remuneration.
  3. Paid promotion of affiliate content is permitted only with the Organiser’s prior consent and on terms accepted by the Organiser.
  4. A breach of the above rules may result in suspension of participation, cancellation of commissions related to the breach or termination of the cooperation.

§ 10. Marketing materials and content rights

  1. BlendyGo may provide Creators with promotional materials, product photos, graphics, campaign information, logos and other materials supporting promotion.
  2. The Creator may use the materials provided only in connection with participation in the Program and in line with their intended purpose.
  3. Providing the materials does not transfer any copyright or trademark rights to the Creator.
  4. The Creator retains the rights to the materials they create themselves, subject to the rights of third parties.
  5. The Creator grants BlendyGo a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to share, republish and embed content showing BlendyGo products that has been publicly published as part of the Program on the brand’s official social media channels and websites, for purposes related to promoting the products and the Program.
  6. When republishing, the Organiser credits the Creator as the author, where technically possible.
  7. The licence under paragraph 5 covers organic use of the material only, without paid promotion.
  8. Use of the Creator’s content in paid advertising campaigns, including Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Spark Ads, whitelisting and other forms of paid promotion, requires the Creator’s separate consent and agreement on the terms of use of the material.
  9. Substantive changes to the Creator’s material, in particular changes that alter the meaning of their statements, require separate agreement.
  10. If the Creator uses images of other people, music or other elements protected by third-party rights in their materials, the Creator is responsible for holding the rights necessary to publish them and to grant the licence to the extent provided for in these Terms.
  11. The provisions on content rights may be extended or amended in an individual agreement relating to a specific campaign.

§ 11. Special campaigns, competitions and individual cooperation

  1. The Organiser may invite Creators to take part in additional promotional campaigns, product launches, seasonal promotions and other marketing projects.
  2. The terms of such activities, in particular the scope of publications, deadlines, remuneration, additional commissions and content rights, are agreed individually.
  3. The Creator may propose to the Organiser a joint competition or giveaway for their community.
  4. Such a promotion requires BlendyGo’s prior approval of its rules.
  5. The Organiser may provide products, promotional materials or organisational support on the terms set for the promotion concerned.
  6. Participation in additional campaigns is voluntary, unless the parties have individually committed to specific activities.
  7. Individually agreed special terms take precedence over these Terms to the extent that they expressly govern the cooperation concerned.

§ 12. Compliance checks and breaches

  1. The Organiser is entitled to review the Creator’s activities related to the Program, in particular published materials, the way affiliate codes and links are shared and the correctness of sales attribution.
  2. If a breach of these Terms is found, the Organiser may:
    • ask the Creator to remedy the breach;
    • temporarily suspend participation in the Program;
    • restrict access to affiliate links or codes;
    • cancel commissions directly related to the breach;
    • terminate the cooperation with immediate effect in the event of a material breach.
  3. If commissions obtained as a result of a breach have already been paid out, the Organiser may claim their repayment in accordance with the law.
  4. The measures taken by the Organiser should be proportionate to the nature and consequences of the breach.
  5. The Creator has the right to provide explanations regarding any irregularities found.
  6. Termination of the cooperation due to a breach does not deprive the Creator of correctly calculated commissions unrelated to the breach.

§ 13. Duration and end of participation

  1. Participation in the Program is for an indefinite period.
  2. Either party may end participation in the Program at any time by notice sent by email.
  3. After participation ends, personal affiliate links and codes are deactivated within the time technically necessary to switch them off.
  4. The Creator undertakes to stop promoting inactive codes and links and to remove outdated promotional messages to the extent that they remain under the Creator’s control.
  5. Commissions arising from qualifying orders attributed before the end of participation are settled in accordance with these Terms.
  6. Commissions approved after the cooperation has ended will be paid out after the verification period, regardless of the standard payout threshold.
  7. The end of participation does not affect obligations arising before it ended, in particular those concerning settlements, confidentiality and liability for breaches.
  8. The Organiser may discontinue the entire Program, giving participants at least 30 days’ notice.

§ 14. Confidentiality and protection of information

  1. The Creator undertakes to keep confidential any non-public information received from BlendyGo in connection with the cooperation.
  2. The confidentiality obligation covers in particular:
    • unpublished information about product launches;
    • internal marketing plans;
    • commercial and financial information marked as confidential or whose confidential nature results from the circumstances;
    • individual commercial terms of other Creators, if lawfully disclosed to the Creator as confidential information;
    • other information constituting trade secrets.
  3. The confidentiality obligation does not cover information that is publicly available, lawfully obtained from an independent source or required to be disclosed by law.
  4. The confidentiality obligation continues after participation ends for as long as the information remains confidential.

§ 15. Liability

  1. The Organiser is liable without limitation in cases of intent, gross negligence and damage to life, body or health, in accordance with applicable law.
  2. In cases of ordinary negligence, the Organiser’s liability is limited to breaches of material contractual obligations and covers damage typical for the contract that could reasonably have been foreseen, subject to mandatory statutory provisions.
  3. The Organiser exercises due care to ensure that the affiliate system and the Creator panel work properly, but does not guarantee their uninterrupted availability.
  4. In the event of technical problems, the Organiser will take appropriate action to restore the proper functioning of the Program.
  5. Any irregularities in the calculation of commission may be reported to the Organiser’s contact address and will be verified individually.
  6. The Organiser is not liable for the Creator’s own actions that breach the law or the rights of third parties, unless the Organiser’s liability results from applicable law.

§ 16. Data protection

  1. Creators’ personal data are processed to the extent necessary to run the Program, manage affiliate accounts, calculate commissions, carry out settlements and fulfil the Organiser’s legal obligations.
  2. The legal basis for processing data related to participation in the Program is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Otherwise, data may be processed on other appropriate legal bases, in particular to fulfil the Organiser’s legal obligations.
  3. The Program is run using the Post Affiliate Pro system provided by Quality Unit, LLC.
  4. Creators have the rights under the GDPR, including the right of access to their data and the rights to rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, to the extent provided by law.
  5. Detailed information on the processing of personal data can be found in the Organiser’s privacy policy at: https://blendygo.de/datenschutzerklarung

§ 17. Changes to the Terms

  1. The Organiser may change these Terms, in particular in the event of changes in the law, in how the Program works, in technical systems or in settlement conditions.
  2. The Organiser will inform Creators of planned changes electronically at least 14 days in advance.
  3. The notice of changes states their scope and the date on which they take effect.
  4. Changes that materially affect the Creator’s rights or obligations require the Creator’s express acceptance where this follows from applicable law or the nature of the change.
  5. A Creator who does not accept the new terms may end their participation in the Program before they take effect.
  6. Changes do not affect rights to commissions and remuneration that arose before they took effect.

§ 18. Final provisions

  1. These Terms are governed by German law, subject to mandatory provisions applicable to the participant concerned.
  2. Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by the applicable provisions of law.
  3. The parties will seek to settle disputes arising from participation in the Program amicably.
  4. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute will be settled by the competent court in accordance with the applicable provisions.
  5. If any provision of these Terms is invalid or ineffective, the validity of the remaining provisions is not affected.
  6. If these Terms are provided in several language versions, the German version prevails in the event of discrepancies in interpretation, subject to mandatory provisions of law.
  7. These Terms take effect on 19 October 2026.

Regulamin Programu Afiliacyjnego BlendyGo

Program dla Twórców BlendyGo. Wersja polska – w razie rozbieżności rozstrzyga wersja niemiecka (§18 ust. 6).
Wersja z dnia: 19.10.2026

§1. Postanowienia ogólne

  1. Organizatorem Programu Afiliacyjnego BlendyGo (dalej: „Program”) jest BlendyGo / BZ Commerce Group, reprezentowana przez Dawida Zaka, z siedzibą pod adresem Waldsiedlung Fichtendamm 4, 15306 Vierlinden, Niemcy (dalej: „BlendyGo” lub „Organizator”).
  3. Grupy WhatsApp służą do bieżącej komunikacji z Twórcami, przekazywania informacji o nowych produktach, kampaniach, promocjach oraz innych działaniach związanych z Programem. Oficjalne powiadomienia dotyczące zmian Regulaminu, rozliczeń i zakończenia współpracy przekazywane są drogą mailową.
  5. Niniejszy regulamin (dalej: „Regulamin”) określa warunki uczestnictwa w Programie, zasady promowania produktów, naliczania prowizji, przyznawania bonusów, dokonywania wypłat oraz prawa i obowiązki uczestników.
  6. Udział w Programie jest dobrowolny i bezpłatny.
  7. Przystąpienie do Programu oznacza akceptację niniejszego Regulaminu.

§2. Warunki uczestnictwa

  1. W Programie mogą uczestniczyć:
    • osoby fizyczne, które ukończyły 18 lat;
    • osoby prowadzące działalność gospodarczą;
    • przedsiębiorstwa i inne podmioty uprawnione do zawierania umów.
  2. Warunkiem udziału jest prowadzenie publicznie dostępnego profilu w mediach społecznościowych, bloga, strony internetowej lub innego kanału komunikacji umożliwiającego promocję produktów BlendyGo.
  7. Twórca zobowiązuje się do podawania prawdziwych i aktualnych danych, w szczególności danych kontaktowych, rozliczeniowych i niezbędnych do wypłaty prowizji.

§3. Korzyści i wsparcie dla Twórców

  1. Po przyjęciu do Programu Twórca może otrzymać:
    • indywidualny link afiliacyjny umożliwiający przypisywanie sprzedaży;
    • indywidualny kod rabatowy dla swojej społeczności, jeżeli zostanie to uzgodnione;
    • dostęp do panelu afiliacyjnego;
    • dostęp do materiałów marketingowych, informacji o kampaniach i aktualnych promocjach.
  5. Organizator może oferować aktywnym Twórcom dodatkowe korzyści, w szczególności:
    • wcześniejszy dostęp do premier produktów;
    • udział w dedykowanych kampaniach marketingowych;
    • dodatkowe produkty do testowania;
    • konkursy i akcje specjalne;
    • bonusy sprzedażowe;
    • możliwość organizacji wspólnych giveaway;
    • indywidualne warunki współpracy.

  4. Organizator informuje Twórcę o warunkach i okresie obowiązywania danego kodu rabatowego.
  5. W wybranych okresach promocyjnych, w szczególności podczas dużych akcji sprzedażowych, Organizator może czasowo ograniczyć działanie kodów rabatowych, stosować wyłącznie linki afiliacyjne lub udostępnić specjalne warunki danej kampanii.
  6. O zasadach obowiązujących podczas takich kampanii Twórca zostanie poinformowany przed rozpoczęciem promocji.
  7. Do monitorowania wyników Programu wykorzystywany jest system Post Affiliate Pro.
  8. W panelu afiliacyjnym Twórca może uzyskać dostęp do dostępnych w systemie informacji dotyczących:
    • zarejestrowanych kliknięć;
    • przypisanych zamówień;
    • naliczonych, oczekujących i zatwierdzonych prowizji;
    • historii rozliczeń;
    • aktualnych kampanii oraz materiałów marketingowych, jeżeli zostały udostępnione.
  9. Panel afiliacyjny służy do monitorowania wyników. Ostateczne rozliczenie następuje na podstawie zweryfikowanych danych systemu, z uwzględnieniem zwrotów, anulowań i innych korekt.

§5. Prowizje i przypisywanie sprzedaży

  3. Prowizja przysługuje za kwalifikowane, opłacone zamówienia zrealizowane na stronie blendygo.de, prawidłowo przypisane do Twórcy.
  4. Zamówienie zostaje przypisane do Twórcy, jeżeli:
    • klient dokona zakupu w ciągu 60 dni od kliknięcia indywidualnego linku afiliacyjnego, a w tym czasie nie zostanie zarejestrowane późniejsze kliknięcie linku innego Twórcy;
    • lub klient podczas składania zamówienia zastosuje aktywny, indywidualny kod rabatowy danego Twórcy.
  5. W przypadku przypisywania sprzedaży na podstawie linków obowiązuje zasada ostatniego kliknięcia (last click).
  7. Za jedno kwalifikowane zamówienie standardowo naliczana jest jedna prowizja afiliacyjna, przypisana do jednego Twórcy.
  8. Prowizja nie przysługuje za zamówienia:
    • nieopłacone;
    • anulowane;
    • zwrócone w całości;
    • objęte skutecznym odstąpieniem od umowy w całości;
    • wygenerowane sztucznie lub z naruszeniem Regulaminu;
    • złożone przez samego Twórcę lub członków jego gospodarstwa domowego z wykorzystaniem własnego linku lub kodu.
  9. W przypadku częściowego zwrotu zamówienia prowizja zostaje odpowiednio pomniejszona.
  10. Prowizje pozostają w statusie oczekującym do zakończenia procesu weryfikacji zamówienia, nie krócej niż do upływu standardowego 30-dniowego okresu zwrotu liczonego od dostarczenia zamówienia.

§6. Bonusy i dodatkowe wynagrodzenie

  6. Organizator może organizować dodatkowe akcje premiujące Twórców, oferując m.in. podwyższone prowizje, dodatkowe bonusy, nagrody rzeczowe lub specjalne warunki sprzedaży.
  7. Warunki udziału, termin obowiązywania i sposób naliczania bonusów w kampaniach specjalnych będą komunikowane Twórcom przed rozpoczęciem danej akcji.

§7. Rozliczenia i wypłaty

  1. Rozliczenie zatwierdzonych prowizji odbywa się w cyklu miesięcznym.
  2. Minimalny próg standardowej wypłaty wynosi 50 EUR.
  4. Wypłaty realizowane są za pośrednictwem:
    • przelewu bankowego SEPA;
    • systemu PayPal.
  5. Warunkiem wypłaty jest przekazanie prawidłowych i kompletnych danych rozliczeniowych oraz spełnienie obowiązujących wymogów podatkowych.
  9. Twórca zobowiązany jest do przekazania danych podatkowych wymaganych przepisami, odpowiednio do swojej sytuacji prawnej i podatkowej.
  10. Twórca samodzielnie odpowiada za prawidłowe rozliczenie podatków i innych należności publicznoprawnych związanych z uzyskanym wynagrodzeniem, zgodnie z obowiązującymi go przepisami.

§8. Obowiązki Twórcy i zasady publikowania treści

  6. Zabronione jest publikowanie:
    • informacji nieprawdziwych lub wprowadzających w błąd;
    • nieuzasadnionych twierdzeń zdrowotnych;
    • treści naruszających prawa autorskie, prawa do wizerunku lub inne prawa osób trzecich;
    • materiałów sprzecznych z prawem, dyskryminujących lub nawołujących do przemocy;
    • nieprawdziwych informacji dotyczących cen, rabatów i dostępności produktów.

§9. Niedozwolone działania afiliacyjne
